Simply choose the service you’re interested in, select your desired date and time, and secure your spot—all from the comfort of your phone or computer. Booking Policies 📅 To ensure you have the best possible experience with us, please review our booking policies: • Cancellations & Rescheduling: We understand life can be unpredictable. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we require a 24-hour notice to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will incur a 100% charge of the scheduled service price. Appointments are allowed one rescheduling before a new deposit will be required to secure another reservation time. • Late Arrivals: We recommend arriving on time for your appointment. If you’re running late, please notify us as soon as possible. You have a 10-minute grace period to be on the wax bed for your appointment. If you are not on the bed within that time, a late fee may apply or we may need to reschedule your appointment. • No-Shows: If you miss your appointment without notifying us, a 100% charge of your service will apply. You will also need to place a new deposit for any future appointment. • Refunds: Please note that refunds are not available for any reason. If any issue arises with your service, it must be addressed during your appointment or within 24 hours post appointment. • Payment: A deposit is required for all appointments at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied toward the cost of your service. If paying by card, a 3.5% card processing fee will be added. If paying with cash, exact change is required. ✨ • Waivers: All clients must complete and sign a waiver prior to arriving for their appointment. This is a liability requirement to ensure your safety and the protection of our services.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We charge 100% of the service for any no shows or cancelations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.
