Also a mother of 2 who is always looking for new ways to grow as a person and thrive from the inside out! LUNA(MOON) BEAUTY AZ was born from my own self love journey and thinks of the ‘MOON’ as phases of one’s journey to figuring out what life is all about for them! 🌙🌙🌙COMPLETLY GENDER NEUTRAL AND EVERYONE IS WELCOME 🪄 🌙 All services have a nonrefundable/nontransferable deposit that are applied to service total & expire 30 days from original appt date.Remaining payment amount can be cash or card(3.5% convenience fee), Apple Pay 🌹KID & ANIMAL FRIENDLY 🖤Grace period is 10 minutes. MUST BE ON WAX BED AT 10 minute mark. $15 late fee charged if I am still able to take you after 10 mins. If not card is charged and appointment is canceled.❗️No call/no shows/same day cancellations will be charged 100% service amount ❗️Cancellations made within the 24 hr period will be charged 100% of service amount ❗️24 hrs notice is required to reschedule & keep deposit & must be made within business hours/days ♥ Reschedules must be made within 30 days of original appt & may only be rescheduled ONE time or deposit is lost and will have to book another appt.🌙 I’m Client is responsible for rescheduling/cancelling their appt before the 24 hr window ❗️ MAKE SURE WAIVERS ARE SIGNED VIA TEXT/EMAIL if you are not comfortable with pictures please message me with that info; I do not have a separate form to decline pictures but that can be easily communicated and accommodated. Waivers must be signed for liability reasons❗️❗️❗️❗️I do not issue refunds for any reason (including allergic reactions) any other issue must be addressed at appt or same day so we can work together to make adjustments 🌙 text me when you arrive. You can wait on ottoman located outside of suite 🌙 using the restroom right before a service is best (middle hallway then make a right)
CANCELLATION POLICY
We charge 100% of the service for any no shows or cancelations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.
